The Gay United States Pageantry System crowns a new Mr. & Miss Gay United States.

The Gay United States Pageantry System has crowned a new Mr. & Miss Gay United States. The double crowning took place November 17 – 21, 2021 at The Park in Roanoke, Virginia.




A total of 15 contestants competed for the title of Mr. Gay United States honoring Jackson B. Nite. The contestants competed in Personal Interview, Creative Formal Wear, On Stage Q&A, Americana Runway Fashion and Talent. After three nights of competition Solo Jackson from Toledo, Ohio became the new Mr. Gay United States winning only Americana Runway Fashion.


The remaining Top 5 and category award winners were as followed:

4th Alternate – Ryan Spears

3rd Alternate – Quinn Matthews winning Personal Interview

2nd Alternate – Sterling Rose

1st Alternate – Shampaine Austen Lee winning On Stage Q&A and Talent

Xavier Sterling who was not in the Top 5 won overall Formal Wear




The Miss Gay United States Pageant took place November 18, 19 & 21, 2021 with a total of 21 contestants from across the United States honoring Sabrina White. The contestants competed in Personal Interview, Evening Gown, Americana Runway Fashion, On Stage Q&A and Talent. After three nights of competition Anastarzia Anaquway from Toronto, Ontario via Nassau, New Providence became the new Miss Gay United States winning Personal Interview, Evening Gown, Americana Runway Fashion and Talent.


The remaining Top 5 and category award winners were as followed:

4th Alternate – Bad Karma

3rd Alternate – Patti Lovelace

2nd Alternate – Bianca Blake Starr

1st Alternate London LeStrange winning On Stage Q&A
